Technical Architect (SC Cleared)

What you'll be doing?

→ Designing end-to-end enterprise architectures across complex, multi-stakeholder environments

→ Guiding technology decisions and influencing senior stakeholders

→ Building secure, scalable systems spanning legacy platforms and modern cloud-native technologies

→ Collaborating across discovery, design, implementation, and service transition

→ Documenting architectures using C4, UML, and data flow diagramming

What we're looking for

✅ Significant experience as a technical or solution architect in enterprise environments

✅ Strong software engineering foundation — microservices, APIs, distributed systems

✅ Deep hands-on AWS experience (Infrastructure as Code, platform services, security, networking)

✅ Proven ability to design secure, resilient systems with strong understanding of threat modelling and observability

✅ Practical experience with Ruby, Python, or Java; modern practices (CI/CD, TDD, containerisation)

✅ Expert communication skills — simplify complexity, build stakeholder consensus

✅ Data modelling, API design, and integration architecture knowledge

✅ Systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, pragmatic and outcome-focused
