Managing Consultant / Lead Solution Consultant – EPM (OneStream)

Overview

A leading OneStream Consulting Partner are growing their EPM and OneStream practice following a strong influx of new work and a significant delivery backlog. With senior leadership actively involved in the business, this role is a key senior hire, sitting between sales, solution design and delivery leadership.

This position suits someone who enjoys being front-office, client-facing, and owning EPM solutions from pre-sales through delivery.

The Role

As a Managing Consultant / Lead Solution Consultant, you will partner closely with Sales and senior stakeholders to shape, design and lead OneStream / EPM engagements. You will take ownership of solution design, guide delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

This is not a pure delivery role. You will be involved early and have real influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales alongside Sales, including discovery, demos and solution design
• Own end-to-end EPM solution architecture
• Lead client workshops and senior finance stakeholder sessions
• Translate business and finance requirements into scalable OneStream solutions
• Provide technical and functional leadership across projects
• Ensure high-quality delivery and best-practice implementations
• Mentor consultants and support practice development

What They’re Looking For

• Strong OneStream implementation experience (end to end) OR deep Oracle EPM background with OneStream exposure or interest
• Experience at Managing Consultant / Lead / Principal level
• Comfortable in pre-sales and client-facing environments
• Strong understanding of finance processes (planning, consolidation, reporting)
• Confident working with senior finance stakeholders
• Consulting mindset, commercially aware, proactive
