Multiple Maximo Consulting Positions Available

Global Maximo Partner seeking experienced Maximo consultants to join their UK practice as part of their international expansion. Making multiple hires, designed for both promising and experienced Maximo professionals to take their consulting career to the next level.

You'd be joining a team with decades of experience in Maximo delivery, working alongside hundreds of EAM experts, with thousands upon thousands of projects successfully delivered in the Maximo space across the globe.

Responsibilities (vary by seniority):

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Maximo solutions, from hands-on system development to leading complex, enterprise-scale EAM projects.
• Apply knowledge of workflows, data models, and best practices to customize and optimize asset management systems, ensuring high-quality, value-driven outcomes.
• Lead workshops, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver documentation, demos, and training materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage risks, and contribute to proposals and RFX responses.
• Depending on level, receive guidance and training or provide mentorship and leadership to peers and junior team members

Qualifications (vary by seniority):

• 3+ years of experience in Maximo implementations (ideally managing teams if at the senior level)
• Proven experience working within asset intensive industries (Utilities, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing etc.)
• Hands-on experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and SQL scripting.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or Linux/Solaris).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
