The Opportunity
You’ll sit within a specialist Tax Automation & Innovation team, playing a dual role across:
- Enhancing and developing a market-leading enterprise tax reporting solution
- Delivering end-to-end system implementations for tax technology projects
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across tax, IT, and external partners, helping clients modernise and optimise their tax processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and contribute to the development of a tax reporting product
- Support strategy and roadmap planning for ongoing innovation
- Deliver tax technology implementations, from requirements through to go-live
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Stay ahead of trends in tax automation, digital transformation, and regulation
- Mentor junior team members and support team growth
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Tax (Corporate / Direct / Advisory)
- Exposure to tax technology, automation, or transformation projects
- Experience with financial systems / EPM tools (OneStream a big plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CTA) preferred
