About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Practice Manager/ QAT Delivery Manager to lead and grow the Quality Assurance & Testing practice. This leadership role involves driving overall strategy, capability building, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement for QAT across multiple accounts and geographies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in testing services, automation, quality engineering, and managing large QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Test Leadership & Governance

  • Lead end-to-end Lot 4 test delivery aligned with clilent Test Policy and Strategy
  • Provide overarching governance ensuring compliance and traceability
  • Apply independent assurance for readiness and risk mitigation

2. Delivery Ownership & Quality Outcomes

  • Oversee planning and execution across all test phases (Unit - OAT)
  • Ensure acceptance criteria, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates are adhered to
  • Drive issue resolution across environments, data, and multi-supplier interactions

3. Multi-Party Integration & Supplier Coordination

  • Coordinate testing across Coforge, client teams, and third-party suppliers
  • Lead defect triage meetings, governance boards, and release readiness checkpoints

4. Quality Engineering & Shift-Left Enablement

  • Implement QE practices, including automation, CI/CD integration, and static analysis
  • Expand automation across functional, non-functional, and regression testing

5. Compliance, Security & Regulatory Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, SCR, CSTS security, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility
  • Maintain robust risk-based testing and defect management processes

6. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for client SV&T, Service Owners, Architecture, CSTS, and Change teams
  • Deliver clear test reporting, dashboards, risk summaries, and readiness assessments

7. People Leadership & Capability Management

  • Lead Coforge Lot 4 testing teams (Managers, Leads, Analysts, Automation Engineers)
  • Build capability, drive continuous improvements, and foster high performance

8. Commercial & Contractual Stewardship

  • Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs, KPIs, and service obligations
  • Identify efficiencies, cost improvements, and value-added opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • 15 to 20 years of enterprise test delivery experience in multi-vendor environments
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
  • Strong understanding of ITIL4 and ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 testing standards
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and senior stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale test services in regulated environments
