• Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

\n

• Deep understanding of Front End architecture, design patterns, and component-driven development.

\n

• Extensive experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit and state management strategies.

\n

• Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

\n

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Front End performance optimization.

\n

• Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and accessible UI development practices.

\n

• Good experience establishing testing strategies and implementing automated testing solutions.

\n

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest, or equivalent.

\n

• Experience establishing coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.

\n

• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

\n

• Proven experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.

\n

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Updated Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Pega Constellation using React SDK.

\n

• Knowledge of micro-Front End architectures and design systems.

\n

• Experience implementing automated accessibility testing and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.

\n

• Exposure to cloud-native and enterprise-scale applications.
