- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of Front End architecture, design patterns, and component-driven development.
- Extensive experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit and state management strategies.
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Front End performance optimization.
- Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and accessible UI development practices.
- Good experience establishing testing strategies and implementing automated testing solutions.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest, or equivalent.
- Experience establishing coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
