Data Protection Manager

We are seeking a seasoned compliance PMO or PM to join our team and provide delivery oversight across complex data-driven or regulatory change initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end programme management — including planning, tracking, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate delivery of complex programmes, ideally within regulatory, legal, or data protection domains.
• Define scope, schedule, and resources for project streams.
• Track delivery milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Drive governance processes including RAID logs, steering packs, and reporting cadence.
• Engage stakeholders across legal, compliance, IT, and external vendors.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams and escalate risks/issues appropriately.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in project/programme management, preferably within legal, compliance, or data governance environments.
• Strong delivery track record across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, One Trust).
• Exposure to PMO functions within highly regulated sectors (legal, financial services, etc.).
