- Strategic leadership across a complex, multi-supplier testing ecosystem.
- Strong governance capability, ensuring standards, traceability, and test discipline are consistently enforced.
- Ability to make informed, risk-based decisions by applying a critical assurance lens to all deliveries.
- Deep expertise in test delivery across all test levels (Unit to OAT) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- A Quality Engineering mindset with a focus on shift-left practices, CI/CD integration, and automation by default.
- High competence in multi-party coordination, including management of teams, suppliers, and vendors.
- Authority in defect, environment, and test data management to efficiently unblock delivery constraints.
- Strong regulatory and compliance awareness (GDPR, SCR, security standards, accessibility).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with clear and concise communication tailored for senior leadership.
- Ability to produce transparent and actionable reporting, including risks, metrics, coverage, and readiness assessments.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies, innovations, and optimisation opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
- Leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing Coforge test organisation.
- Calm, authoritative presence during escalations, governance forums, and readiness checkpoints.
- Resilience and adaptability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, highly regulated delivery environment.
