We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years (120+ months) of expertise in the insurance domain, with a strong focus on claims management and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Guidewire Certified Professional – ClaimCenter Business Analyst, preferably a Certified Guidewire ACE, with deep functional and technical knowledge of Guidewire platforms and insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across claims, underwriting, and policy servicing to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Lead and optimize end-to-end insurance workflows including claims intake, adjudication, and settlement.
  • Drive Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable, efficient solutions leveraging Guidewire capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, data privacy laws, and internal governance policies.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Power BI for documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Guidewire Certified Professional – ClaimCenter Business Analyst (Certified Guidewire ACE).
  • Minimum 10 years (120+ months) of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of the claim’s lifecycle, insurance products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in Agile environments and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
  • Additional certifications such as ACE, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or domain-specific credentials (e.g., LOMA, AINS).
  • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or legacy modernization projects in insurance.
