- Assist the Test Manager in planning, scheduling, and reporting test progress.
- Lead and coordinate Functional and System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple supplier teams.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage through requirements traceability.
- Prepare and deliver test metrics, defect summaries, and test completion reports.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and facilitate timely resolution with suppliers.
- Proven expertise in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience collaborating with multiple suppliers or third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of traceability matrices, test reporting, and metrics dashboards.
- Proficient in test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with IBM Maximo Application (preferred).
