Transition Analyst
Its a Fixed Term Contractor
- 3-4 days in a month in Newcastle/Glasgow office , rest can be remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service transition activities across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain RAID logs, risk acceptance documentation, and RACI matrices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on deliverables.
- Plan and organize tasks effectively to meet program deadlines and targets.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Support ITIL-based processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification (mandatory).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- General understanding of Service Transition processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate future workload and prepare accordingly.
- Knowledge of RAID logs, risk acceptance, and RACI frameworks.
