I’m currently partnering with a really exciting AI-native scale-up looking to hire a Head of Product & Engineering to lead the next stage of their growth.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely strategic leadership role within a company already delivering AI products at commercial scale, with a strong customer base and significant growth ambitions over the next 24 months.
You’ll be responsible for shaping how the company builds:
- Lean cross-functional teams
- AI-native engineering workflows
- Faster experimentation and delivery
- Scalable customer-facing AI products
- Strong technical standards and architecture
The ideal profile is someone who:
- Has led engineering/product organisations within a scale-up or product-led business
- Has shipped customer-facing AI/GenAI products
- Can operate credibly in architecture and systems design discussions
- Understands modern AI-native delivery models
- Is commercially minded and outcome focused
- Enjoys operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership
