We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech on a Lead AI Engineer search.

They’re looking for someone to take ownership of AI architecture and build production-grade systems from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining the AI architecture and technical roadmap across LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems
• Owning MLOps infrastructure, including model monitoring, governance, and CI/CD pipelines
• Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code and ensuring robust, compliant AI systems in a regulated environment

Ideal for someone who has led AI/ML systems in production and is comfortable operating at both architectural and hands-on level within a high-growth environment.
