The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Consultant to focus on new business sales across Dynamics 365 & Power Platform. This is a new business role, ideal for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing deals within a consultative sales environment.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions that address real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform opportunities
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to C-suite
  • Lead sales cycles from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft compelling proposals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and market trends

About You

  • Proven track record in new business sales, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex business needs
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or within the Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable
