This role is for a Business Development Director who has sold enterprise-grade Microsoft Business Applications (D365 CRM, D365 F&O, Power Platform) into central government. If you have experience working with Microsoft Partners or in Microsoft ecosystem sales is highly desirable. Knowledge of government procurement processes, frameworks, and tendering procedures.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the business development strategy for Microsoft Business Applications across central government accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and close enterprise-level opportunities in D365 CRM, D365 F&O, and Power Platform.
- Build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders, influencing digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Act as the face of the organization in government forums, events, and executive discussions.
- Maintain insight into public sector trends, Microsoft roadmap, and competitor activity to drive strategy.

- Experience managing complex, enterprise-grade deals from pipeline to close.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and decision-making processes.
