Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot/AI-enabled solutions.

In this role you would define and evolve the technology strategy for D365, Power Platform, and AI/Copilot-driven solutions. This is a hands-on strategic role responsible for driving enterprise-scale projects, leading a team of solution architects, and shaping the technical and commercial direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technology strategy for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot/AI-enabled solutions.
  • Lead a team of solution architects and senior engineers, setting architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation through Copilot-driven workflows, AI-assisted insights, and intelligent automation.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Grow and strengthen the Microsoft Business Applications practice, balancing delivery excellence with commercial outcomes.
  • Support pre-sales and client engagements, providing solution strategy and technical guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to embed Copilot, AI, and automation into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Oversee delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for reusable components, governance, and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure robust integration with Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including Azure, Dataverse, and AI services.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of architects and technical specialists.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous skill development, with an emphasis on AI and Copilot adoption.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams at scale.
  • Deep solution architecture expertise in Sales, Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Copilot, AI, and intelligent automation to improve business outcomes.
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
