Role Overview
- Design end-to-end D365 F&O solutions tailored for retail businesses, including point-of-sale, inventory, merchandising, and finance processes.
- Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure integration and scalability of ERP solutions with third-party retail platforms, e-commerce, and supply chain systems.
- Provide thought leadership on retail transformation, omnichannel strategies, and best practices within D365 F&O.
- Support presales and project delivery by creating solution architectures, design documentation, and proof-of-concepts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in D365 F&O with retail modules (Merchandising, POS, Inventory, Finance).
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, integration patterns, and ERP best practices.
- Experience in presales, workshops, or client-facing solution design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of omnichannel retail strategies is highly desirable.
