This is a hands-on Technical Lead role for someone who still enjoys building—but wants to take ownership of how solutions are designed and delivered.
You’ll lead development across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, setting technical direction while staying close to the code.
This isn’t a step away from engineering. It’s a step up in impact, ownership, and influence.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead development across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Design and build scalable, maintainable solutions
- Make key technical decisions (customisation vs configuration)
- Develop using:
- C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflows
- JavaScript / TypeScript (client-side customisation)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Work with Dataverse and complex data models
- Design and build integrations using Azure (Functions, APIs, Service Bus)
- Define coding standards, patterns, and best practices
- Support ALM, DevOps, and environment strategy
- Mentor developers and guide technical delivery
- Collaborate with architects and functional teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on development experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Solid background in C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience building integrations with Azure services
- Understanding of solution design and scalable architecture
- Experience mentoring or leading developers
- Passion for clean code, best practices, and modern engineering
