In this role you would be working with UK Central Government clients in accelerating digital transformation, with a strong focus on AI adoption, Microsoft Copilot, and the Power Platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to help public sector organisations move from experimentation to real-world AI implementation, unlocking productivity, automation, and data-driven decision-making across government.
You will play a key role in shaping how organisations adopt and scale AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure AI, and Dynamics 365.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across UK Central Government, acting as a strategic advisor on AI and digital transformation
- Support clients in adopting and scaling Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions, driving measurable productivity and service improvements
- Work across transformation programmes including:
- AI adoption and enablement strategies
- Intelligent automation using Power Platform
- Digital workplace transformation with Copilot for Microsoft 365
- Data-driven decision-making and insights
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into clear business outcomes, helping non-technical stakeholders understand value and risk
- Support early-stage solution design across:
- Low-code/no-code applications (Power Apps)
- Workflow automation (Power Automate)
- AI-powered insights (Power BI, Azure AI)
- Engage stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI and automation
- Contribute to business development by shaping AI-led propositions, supporting bids, and identifying new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with UK Central Government on digital or technology transformation programmes
- Exposure to AI, automation, or Copilot adoption initiatives within Microsoft environments
- Experience in a client-facing role (consulting, delivery, or business development)
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft 365 (including Copilot capabilities)
- Azure (desirable, especially AI services)
- Ability to communicate complex AI and technology concepts in simple, business-focused language
- Experience working within or alongside a Microsoft Partner ecosystem
