As a Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, high-value outcomes. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support..

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) solutions.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and produce high-quality documentation.
• Configure D365 CE and Power Platform components in line with best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are optimised, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal input.
• Champion continuous improvement, industry best practices, and the Microsoft roadmap.

About You

• Strong experience implementing and configuring D365 CE / Dynamics CRM across multiple full-lifecycle projects.
• Deep understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and related business processes.
• Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into compelling solution designs.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are highly desirable.
