We’re hiring a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to join a fast-growing Microsoft consulting environment delivering customer engagement, automation, and AI-driven transformation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role is heavily focused on presales, solution shaping, workshops, and client advisory, working closely with enterprise customers to design scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

The Role

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape and architect solutions across:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Power Platform
• Microsoft Copilot
• Power Automate
• Customer Service / Sales / Customer Insights
• Microsoft 365 integrations
• AI-enabled business applications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions
• Design Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Support presales activities including demos, solution positioning, and proposals
• Shape automation and AI-driven use cases using Microsoft technologies
• Advise customers on best practice architecture, governance, and scalability
• Work closely with delivery teams to transition solutions into implementation
• Support rapid PoC and innovation engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE
• Presales, consulting, or client-facing architecture experience
• Strong workshop and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience designing scalable Power Platform solutions
• Understanding of Microsoft Copilot and AI use cases
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs
• Comfortable operating across advisory, presales, and solution shaping
