Fulltime - Permanent - 3 days onsite

The Role
As a Technical Architect, you will take ownership of solution design and technical delivery across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, working closely with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
You will play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, ensuring best practices, and supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Provide technical leadership across design, build, and deployment phases
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical input
- Mentor developers and contribute to raising technical standards within the team
- Work closely with international teams and client stakeholders
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or similar)
- Deep knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
- Microsoft certifications (D365, Power Platform, Azure)
- Experience with integrations and complex system landscapes
- Exposure to AI, automation, or Copilot capabilities
