D365 CRM Functional Consultant - Associate

As an Associate level Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant, you will support the design, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Working alongside senior consultants and technical teams, you'll help understand client requirements, contribute to solution documentation, and assist with key project activities across the implementation lifecycle.

This is an excellent entry-level, client-facing role where you will develop your functional expertise, consulting skills, and knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the functional design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) solutions.
• Support requirements-gathering activities, including workshops and documentation.
• Configure D365 CE and Power Platform components under the guidance of senior consultants and in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with project standards.
• Participate in testing, data migration activities, training preparation, and go-live support.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support pre-sales tasks when required, such as preparing demo content or documentation.

About You

• Some hands-on experience or strong academic/technical exposure to D365 CE / Dynamics CRM.
• Understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and core CRM/business processes.
• Awareness of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with clients in a professional setting.
• A proactive learner with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, PL-900 or working towards MB-210/MB-230/PL-200) are a plus.
