🚀 The Role

You’ll work closely with both technical teams and end users to help deliver and improve solutions built on Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and understanding business requirements
• Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Supporting the delivery of Model-Driven Apps and workflows
• Working with stakeholders to improve processes and user experience
• Assisting with testing, documentation, and ongoing support

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Some hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Exposure to the Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate)
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work with stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and desire to learn
