The Role
You will lead the technical pre-sales function across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform opportunities, working alongside account directors, delivery leads, and senior consultants.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading technical discovery workshops with enterprise clients
- Designing end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Producing high-quality solution architecture for bids and proposals
- Delivering demos and solution walkthroughs (model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Pages, etc.)
- Supporting RFP/RFI responses and technical tender documentation
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Advising on Azure integration and broader Microsoft ecosystem architecture
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor during the sales lifecycle

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Strong Dynamics 365 CE architecture experience
- Background in Microsoft Partner or enterprise consulting environment
- Experience in pre-sales, solution shaping, or client-facing architecture
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and model-driven applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Confident running workshops and client-facing presentations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading bids/RFPs
- Experience working in fast-growth ISVs or Partner organisations
- Exposure to Copilot / AI-enabled solutions
