What You’ll Do

• Lead delivery teams on complex, AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform, Power Pages, and Pro-code development.
• Drive innovation through AI tools including Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, and agentic tooling.
• Architect and implement integrations with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Deliver projects across small AI-focused initiatives (Copilot Studio experiments) to large government programmes involving multi-vendor delivery, complex integrations, and change management.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, navigating complex consultative scenarios with confidence.
• Contribute to commercial estimations, Statements of Work (SoW), and pre-sales tender responses.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of evidence-backed delivery; overselling without proof is not tolerated.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
• Demonstrable leadership experience delivering results with high-performing teams.
• Hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI-assisted solutions.
• Experience deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio or implementing generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service.
• Knowledge of omnichannel / CCaaS solutions is desirable.
• Public sector experience, particularly with central government programmes, is a plus.
• Proven track record in scripting complex data transformations from legacy systems (SQL Server, Oracle) to Dataverse.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for PCF development.
• Evidence of adaptability with AI tools—resistance to change is not an option.
• Active GitHub account or similar showcasing contributions is a big plus.

• SC clearance eligibility is essential; DV clearance is a bonus.
