You will play a key role in designing and delivering Microsoft 365 and Purview solutions that enhance governance, protect data, and enable secure collaboration across the modern workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance solutions
- Deliver end-to-end Microsoft Purview capabilities across enterprise environments
- Advise clients on modern workplace transformation, balancing productivity with risk mitigation
- Enable and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, including data readiness, access controls, and risk management
- Translate regulatory, compliance, and security requirements into practical, business-focused roadmaps
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, risk, and compliance leaders
- Articulate the business value, ROI, and risk reduction of M365 and Purview initiatives
- Support architecture design across tenant configuration, identity, security, and governance models
- Architect secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, and Copilot
- Enable AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption by ensuring data is properly classified, protected, and governed
Core Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 and the Modern Workplace ecosystem
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including: Information Protection & Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Lifecycle & Records Management, eDiscovery, Audit, and Compliance Manager
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and tenant architecture
- Experience implementing and governing Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Proven ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 in governed enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Zero Trust principles
- Experience working within regulated industries (e.g. financial services, public sector, healthcare)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, Compliance, Purview)
