Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
- Build workflows, dashboards, and apps using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Implement Omnichannel for Customer Service and AI-enhanced tools using Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or Azure OpenAI Service.
- Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Follow security clearance protocols and handle sensitive data appropriately.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Power Platform Developer or Dynamics 365 Developer.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Familiarity with Copilot integration, AI agents, or GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of Omnichannel for Customer Service is highly desirable.
- Active or eligible SC/DV/CTC clearance.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
