Take the lead in shaping a growing Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. This role is for a hands-on, customer-focused leader who can drive pre-sales, influence delivery, and help build a top-tier BC team. This is not a pure management role, but for someone who will roll up their sleeves, get involved in early delivery, and influence growth trajectory from day one.
The Role
- Lead and grow the D365 Business Central practice
- Drive pre-sales activities alongside the sales team
- Oversee solution design and delivery quality
- Mentor and develop consultants
- Support recruitment and build out the BC capability
- Contribute to strategic planning and practice growth
- What We’re Looking For
Experience
- D365 Business Central expertise (consultant or architect background).
- Proven ability to manage or build a BC team/practice (preferred).
- Strong pre-sales skills — able to win business and influence client decisions.
- Comfortable with SME clients and mid-sized projects
- functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and professional services.
- ISV knowledge and existing partner relationships
- Motivated by impact, influence, and working in a smaller agile environment.
First 3–6 Months
- Be hands-on in early delivery, supporting client projects directly.
- Engage immediately with prospects, shaping solutions and opportunities.
- Start building the foundation for a growing BC team.
