Take the lead in shaping a growing Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. This role is for a hands-on, customer-focused leader who can drive pre-sales, influence delivery, and help build a top-tier BC team. This is not a pure management role, but for someone who will roll up their sleeves, get involved in early delivery, and influence growth trajectory from day one.

The Role

  • Lead and grow the D365 Business Central practice
  • Drive pre-sales activities alongside the sales team
  • Oversee solution design and delivery quality
  • Mentor and develop consultants
  • Support recruitment and build out the BC capability
  • Contribute to strategic planning and practice growth
  • What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • D365 Business Central expertise (consultant or architect background).
  • Proven ability to manage or build a BC team/practice (preferred).
  • Strong pre-sales skills — able to win business and influence client decisions.
  • Comfortable with SME clients and mid-sized projects
  • functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and professional services.
  • ISV knowledge and existing partner relationships
  • Motivated by impact, influence, and working in a smaller agile environment.

First 3–6 Months

  • Be hands-on in early delivery, supporting client projects directly.
  • Engage immediately with prospects, shaping solutions and opportunities.
  • Start building the foundation for a growing BC team.
