Project Manager - Microsoft AI Business Solutions

About the Role

We're looking for exceptional Project Managers who thrive in fast-paced AI delivery. You'll coordinate multiple concurrent AI projects and programmes, ensuring our delivery teams have what they need before they need it. This means phenomenal stakeholder engagement, proactive problem-solving, and making complexity look effortless. This isn't traditional project management. AI projects come with ambiguity, rapid evolution, and a mix of qualitative and quantitative success metrics. You'll manage everything from proof of concepts that go straight to production, to larger programmes with multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent AI work orders and programmes, managing dependencies, priorities, and handoffs across the portfolio
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and alignment across customers and delivery teams through exceptional communication
• Ensure proactive stakeholder management and change controls, maintaining clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles
• Anticipate team needs and support removal of blockers proactively, ensuring delivery teams have resources, information, and decisions before they're blocked
• Manage projects costs and budgets based on defined project plans, resourcing plans and change requests
• Track and report on qualitative and quantitative success metrics specific to AI delivery
• Manage ambiguity and scope evolution inherent in AI projects, maintaining flexibility whilst controlling delivery
• Coordinate PoC to production transitions where applicable, ensuring smooth handover and deployment
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) proactively across all projects
• Lead PMO activities and project administration, maintaining high-quality delivery artefacts
• Execute project reporting to stakeholders with clarity and timeliness
• Ensure project governance compliance and facilitate governance forums effectively
• Execute time recording and feedback activities across project teams

Pay range and compensation package

£50,000 - £65,000 plus bonus scheme
