A Microsoft Partner specialising in AI-driven technology and cloud solutions, and looking for an AI Engineer to help design, develop, and implement innovative Microsoft AI and Generative AI solutions.
You would work across the full AI stack, including Azure AI, OpenAI services, Machine Learning, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 AI integrations, helping our customers harness AI responsibly and effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and technical teams to build cutting-edge AI solutions that transform business outcomes.
This is a hands-on, technical role focused on developing, deploying, and optimising AI systems in enterprise environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and implement AI and ML solutions using Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and related services
- Develop Generative AI solutions, including Copilot and large language model integrations, for business applications
- Build, train, and deploy Machine Learning models using Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and Power Platform AI tools
- Integrate AI capabilities into Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Cloud environments
- Work closely with Project Managers and Delivery Managers to translate customer requirements into AI solutions
- Provide technical guidance to customer teams and stakeholders
- Document AI architecture, design decisions, and deployment pipelines
- Participate in solution workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept projects
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years’ experience developing AI and Machine Learning solutions in Microsoft cloud environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure ML
- Experience building Generative AI / LLM solutions, including Chatbots, Copilot, or automation workflows
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 AI integrations and Power Platform AI components
- Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or C# and experience with ML libraries/frameworks
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and database technologies (SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, Synapse)
- Experience applying responsible AI principles, including fairness, explainability, and governance
- Ability to work collaboratively with PMs, Delivery Managers, and business stakeholders
