About the Role

A leading Microsoft Innovation Partner delivering Modern Work, Security, and AI transformation across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Purview, Entra ID, Defender XDR, and Power Platform.

They are looking for a Microsoft 365 Technical Consulta nt to support the delivery, configuration, and optimisation of enterprise Modern Workplace solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role working closely with architects and project teams to implement secure, scalable, and well-governed Microsoft cloud solutions.

What you would be doing:

• Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Viva)
• Support identity configuration using Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, identity controls)
• Implement Microsoft Purview solutions (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery)
• Support Copilot readiness activities (data, governance, security validation)
• Build automation using Power Automate and Power Platform tools
• Assist with migrations, testing, deployments, and post-go-live support
• Contribute to solution design, workshops, and presales support activities

What you need:

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration / implementation experience
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive
• Understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity fundamentals
• Exposure to Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, labels)
• Knowledge of Power Platform / Power Automate
• Awareness of Copilot readiness or Microsoft 365 governance (desirable)
• Strong troubleshooting and delivery mindset
• Ability to work under architectural direction in enterprise environments
