What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage end-to-end D365 F&O transformation projects across finance, operations, and supply chain.
• Take ownership of projects valued at £2M+, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to enterprise-grade quality standards.
• Work directly with clients, understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, including consultants, developers, and pre-sales, ensuring seamless execution.
• Mitigate risks, manage issues, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in project management methodologies while staying hands-on in day-to-day delivery.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Partner teams to leverage ecosystem knowledge, tools, and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
• Proven track record of managing £2M+ enterprise projects end-to-end.
• Experience working with Microsoft Partners and delivering business-critical transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work directly with senior client teams.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise processes in finance, operations, and supply chain.
