Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, engaging with customers to understand their commercial and technology needs.
- Drive solution-led sales across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Focus on generating leads and building pipeline for Microsoft technologies.
- Position Microsoft-based solutions—including D365, Power Platform, and enterprise Microsoft services
- Build and maintain strong relationships across Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to create collaborative, end-to-end solution opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales, delivery consultants, and marketing teams to support lead generation, customer success, and solution development.
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets through disciplined forecasting and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Background working with Microsoft solutions, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation projects.
- Experience selling Dynamics 365 (D365), Power Platform, and other Microsoft products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and a genuine passion for sales and Microsoft technologies.
