The role:

As a Technical Architect, you’ll own the technical vision on projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. From lifecycle planning and code quality to scalable architecture and client engagement, you’ll help shape technical strategy while mentoring others along the way.

What you’ll be driving:

• Shaping and owning the technical delivery strategy for projects
• Designing scalable ALM processes that set teams up for success
• Working closely with solution architects and project leads to align on timelines, expectations, and scope
• Acting as a go-to for estimating development efforts and solving integration challenges
• Leading technical teams, nurturing talent, and fostering quality-driven culture
• Being the voice of technical authority in key stakeholder conversations

What sets you up for success:

• Deep experience in Dynamics 365 F&O (especially across retail, manufacturing, or supply chain modules)
• Strong understanding of Point of Sale and systems integration
• Comfortable leading architecture and dev strategy in enterprise ERP rollouts
• Fluent in Agile methodologies and structured change management
• Sharp communication skills, both written and verbal—especially in stakeholder settings
• Natural mentor and collaborator with a knack for solving problems, not just coding them
