Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

Permanent - Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-enabled enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Pages, and Pro-code development.
• Lead Azure Integration Services implementations, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Design and deploy custom generative AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and agentic tooling.
• Oversee multi-vendor, complex government programmes, ensuring integration, compliance, and seamless delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, mentoring developers on advanced CE, Power Platform, and AI tooling best practices.
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and reusable components for scalable AI and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders and senior government officials to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including Statements of Work (SoW), commercial estimations, and tenders, backed by evidence and proven experience.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Deep hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform expertise, including Dataverse, Power Pages, and complex Pro-code development.
• Proven Azure Integration Services experience (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Experience deploying Copilot Studio, AI-assisted development tools, and custom generative AI solutions.
• Ability to design and implement complex data transformations from legacy systems (SQL Server, Oracle) to Dataverse.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for PCF component development.
• Strong consultative skills, with experience managing difficult stakeholders and engaging at C-suite level.
• Public sector / central government experience preferred, with compliance knowledge (GDC, Central Gov).
• Proven leadership delivering large-scale programmes and smaller AI-focused initiatives.
• Evidence-based approach: overselling without proof is unacceptable.
• Active GitHub or equivalent repository showcasing code contributions is a strong advantage.

Security Clearance

• SC clearance eligibility required; DV clearance is advantageous.
