Responsibilities
- Manage and provide for the development of all DCS, PLCs and SCADA systems to industry standards, GAMP5.
- Ensure the design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems on site is completed promptly.
- Provide project support, including coding, design, testing and IOQ support.
- Support on-site PLCs including Siemens and Allan Bradley PLC.
- Initiate, Implement, and Qualify Proactive site changes and small projects for the site.
- Coordinate tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Monthly reporting of tasks completed, and support provided.
- Be part on the on-call support team.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Automation Experience in a GMP environment.
- Automation PLC experience required in Siemens S7, Allen Bradley PLCs.
