Junior Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Java Developer (0–2 years experience) to join our growing delivery teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.

Work Model

Work arrangement will be aligned to client requirements and may include hybrid (office + remote) or full work-from-home options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Build responsive UI using Angular/React
• Work with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, AWS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimisation

Must-Have Skills:

• Core Java and OOPs concepts
• Hands-on exposure to Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Basic knowledge of Angular or React
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• SQL/database fundamentals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Understanding of microservices architecture
• CI/CD and DevOps basics
• Agile/Scrum familiarity

• Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the UK .
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (including internships/projects)

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a technical hackathon to evaluate coding ability, problem-solving skills, and full stack understanding. Final selection will be based on performance in the hackathon and subsequent evaluations.
