Sr.Intune Engineer (Manchester Area)

Role requires 7 AM to 11 PM Monday to Friday shift working .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment.
• Configure and deploy Intune policies for device compliance, configuration, and application management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Intune-related issues.
• Oversee the enrollment, configuration, and management of mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.
• Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting
• Ensure devices are compliant with security policies and standards.
• Deploy and manage applications through Intune.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, security, and performance.

To apply for this Sr. Intune Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include

• Good years of experience in IT, with good focus on Intune administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related technologies.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).(Intune)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have experience in OS deployment (win 10 and 11)
• Experience with windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades
• Experience with managing Group Policy
• ServiceNow ticketing tool experience needed.
• Should have Power shell scripting/automation experience
• SCCM/MECM Knowledge
