Continuous Improvement Specialist – Lean Six Sigma & AI Enabled Approaches

Colehouse Group is supporting a number of transformation programmes within Financial Services and are looking for Continuous Improvement Specialists to join the team.

The role:

You will work with Senior stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities to improve processes, operating models and ways of working, using Lean, digital and AI-enabled approaches to deliver measurable improvements.

We’re looking for people for several programmes:

One of the projects requires strong Finance transformation and knowledge of Finance operations.

Proven experience of delivering continuous improvement.

Proven experience delivering process and operating model improvement.

Practical knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience using digital and/or AI-enabled solutions to improve processes.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

A track record of taking improvement initiatives from identification through to implementation and measurable outcomes.

Experience working within large scale Financial Services organisations
