ERP Project Manager

ERP Implementation Project Manager - Poole - £500 - £700 per day - 6 months + FTC

We are looking to appoint an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead and deliver a critical business system implementation. This is a full time office based role, suited to someone with a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end ERP deployment projects within busy, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation project from planning to go-live and post-deployment support.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure the system is delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
• Apply structured project management methodologies, ensuring clear documentation, governance, and reporting.
• Oversee testing, data migration, user training, and change management activities.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Strong background with major ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or Acumatica.
• Prince2 and Agile project management methodologies (certified or demonstrable experience).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Poole, for the duration of the contract.
• Immediate availability preferred.
