About the Opportunity
Our client has recently implemented HubSpot across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub. They are currently working with a consultancy but are not seeing the expected results.
They are now seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Contractor who can maximise the platform’s full potential, streamline operations, and drive real value across their commercial teams.

A key focus of this role will be to integrate HubSpot with their ERP systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data between departments and improving overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Audit the current HubSpot setup and identify areas for improvement.

Lead the integration of HubSpot with ERP systems, designing solutions that enhance visibility and automate key processes.

Optimise workflows, lead management processes, automations, and integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.

Build, refine, and manage complex workflows, sequences, and campaigns.

Develop reporting dashboards for key stakeholders to track KPIs and team performance.

Support lead generation and nurturing campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Provide training and best practice advice to internal teams to help embed HubSpot usage effectively.

Troubleshoot issues and implement custom solutions where necessary.

Recommend and implement third-party integrations to improve efficiency.

Act as the internal subject matter expert for all things HubSpot.

Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.

Strong experience integrating HubSpot with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or others).

Proven track record of optimising and customising HubSpot instances for growing organisations.

Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer journey mapping, CRM best practices, and automation.

Ability to build complex workflows, sequences, nurture programs, and manage data at scale.

Strong technical knowledge of APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Dell Boomi), and custom integrations.

Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, customer success tools).

Confident communicator able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

HubSpot certifications (preferred but not essential).

Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and deliver results.

Desirable:
Experience in B2B environments.

Previous experience in SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or professional services industries.

Familiarity with GDPR compliance within CRM and marketing automation.
