Sales Associate
We’re hiring a Sales Associate to support our Account Executives across some of Colt’s most important enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll take ownership of transactional sales and renewals, while helping to keep opportunities moving and customers supported day-to-day.
You’ll play a key part in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and every opportunity is progressed effectively.

What you will do
Work closely with Account Executives to support strategic enterprise accounts
Be the go-to contact for day-to-day transactional sales activity
Own smaller opportunities end-to-end, keeping deals moving at pace
Support the execution of account plans and spot opportunities for expansion
Identify customer needs and position relevant Colt solutions
Help progress deals through the sales cycle, working across internal teams
Take the lead on renewals, from proposal through to customer engagement
Ensure renewals are managed proactively to secure retention and drive additional value
Join customer calls and meetings to support relationship building and deal progression
Help resolve commercial queries and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring:
1–3 years in a sales, account, or customer-facing role (B2B ideal)
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders
A genuine focus on getting the right outcome for the customer
The ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities at once
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Clear motivation to build a career in sales
Nice to have:
Experience in telecoms, tech, or B2B services
Exposure to renewals, upselling, or transactional sales
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce
