💼 The Role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a growing GCP DCX (Compute) team, supporting the design, build, and operation of secure, scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud.
You’ll work closely with platform and engineering teams to deliver automated, reliable cloud solutions, with a strong focus on compute, networking, and infrastructure as code.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and support GCP infrastructure (Compute Engine, VMs – RHEL & Windows)
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Work with teams to deploy and manage applications on GCP
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Support performance tuning and reliability improvements
- Apply security best practices across infrastructure
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with GCP (or strong AWS/Azure with willingness to learn GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Experience with Linux (RHEL) and/or Windows environments
⭐ Nice to Have
- Exposure to GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Logging, etc.)
- Experience with HashiCorp tools (Vault, Packer)
- Familiarity with Backstage or platform tooling
- GCP certifications
