🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer / Consultant to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives within a large utilities environment. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, working across complex enterprise systems in a fast-paced, delivery-focused setting.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP, Salesforce, and wider digital transformation units to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions aligned with business and technical standards.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with an immediate start, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Reading.
✅ Core Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including:
- Power Platform Development Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows & RPA)
- Power BI (Dashboards, Reporting & Data Modelling)
- Dataverse Data modelling and schema design
- Security roles and access control
- Integration architecture
- AI Builder Document processing solutions
- Predictive modelling use cases
- Intelligent automation scenarios
🔗 Integration & Ecosystem Experience
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as:
- Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIs)
- Dynamics 365
- SharePoint Online

- Experience working in large utilities or regulated environments
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture
- Understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform (CI/CD pipelines)
