Delivery Consultant – Key Accounts

Coltech is growing.

We’re looking for a high-performance Delivery Consultant to support and scale our key accounts across Cloud, Data, AI and Software Engineering.

This is not a 360 sales role.

This is pure delivery, partnering closely with our account leads to fulfil high-value, time-sensitive contract requirements across enterprise clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning delivery across key enterprise accounts

• Sourcing high-quality contract engineers (Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, Software)

• Managing candidate processes from qualification to offer

• Building and maintaining a strong contractor network

• Working closely with Account Directors to hit weekly GP targets

• Supporting statement of work (SoW) and T&M resource fulfilment

• Turning urgent requirements around within 24–72 hours
