A leading retail business is seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Product Owner/ Systems Manager to take ownership of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of a growing organisation’s digital and operational landscape.

We are looking for someone who can act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners—ensuring the system delivers measurable value and continues to evolve with the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).
  • Manage the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Retail, and Supply Chain to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Oversee integrations with key business systems (eCommerce, WMS, marketplaces, B2B tools).
  • Work closely with external implementation partners and internal teams to deliver enhancements and new features.
  • Lead UAT, training, change adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous D365 Business Central consultancy experience is essential.
  • Strong functional understanding of Business Central across core modules.
  • Proven Product Owner or Functional Lead experience.
  • Experience managing multi-system integrations within a retail or similar environment.
  • Confident working in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
