Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a passion for building long-term customer relationships?
We are working with a growing and highly respected Microsoft Business Applications partner seeking a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping account management practices, driving customer success, and delivering commercial growth.
The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-value customers, building strategic relationships and helping clients maximise the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central investment.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure customers achieve their business objectives while identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
- Build long-term account plans aligned with customer goals and business priorities.
- Lead regular account reviews and strategic business discussions with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered successfully.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service optimisation.
- Create and manage account growth and revenue plans.
- Lead contract renewals and commercial discussions.
- Proactively manage customer satisfaction, retention, and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to the development of best-practice account management processes.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial customer-facing role within ERP, SaaS, or subscription-based software environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with experience driving account growth and customer retention.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify long-term opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot would be advantageous.
