The Role
As a Senior D365 BC Support Consultant, you will:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support on Business Central (and NAV where required)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, functional, and technical issues
- Work closely with end users to understand and resolve system challenges
- Support ongoing project delivery and enhancement work
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
- Become a trusted advisor for customers
You'll be fully supported as you transition into client-facing consultancy work, gaining exposure to implementations, requirements gathering, systems analysis, and customer workshops.
About You
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Solid experience supporting D365 BC and/or NAV
- Knowledge of finance, warehousing, or manufacturing modules
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- A proactive approach, with a desire to progress into consultancy
Any experience with SQL, Jet Reports, Power Platform or AL development is a bonus — not essential.
