We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead D365 Business Central Consultant to join a growing organisation and take ownership of the strategic delivery, enhancement, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned consultant who thrives in a leadership role while remaining hands-on across all functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of D365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, and functional consulting across ALL Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Projects, HR, and more).
• Act as the primary SME, guiding internal teams and stakeholders to ensure systems align with business needs.
• Mentor junior consultants and help shape best practices and delivery standards.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion system adoption across the organisation.

Required Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the full suite of modules.
• Proven track record leading functional workstreams and delivering complex ERP projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with both on-site and remote teams.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing senior-level expectations.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience in multi-entity or international BC environments.
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related Dynamics technologies.
